Hey gang! I AM trying out several different kinds of high protein bars and shakes over the next week. I can tell you that I already have favorites! Keep checking back for my recommendations!
I can tell you I have already tried the Quest Protein Powder Shake in Cookies & Cream. It was not my favorite, but tolerable. I would give it a 2 out of 5. To try it, click below!
I CAN TELL YOU....This has been one of my FAVORITE! I give it 5 Stars! Tastes like a dessert~ Perfect snack or for the sweet tooth. It is Salted Caramel. I will start buying this in the BIG JARS!! Would be great mixed with plain yogurt to get in more protein, thickness and probiotics.
ANOTHER 5 stars is the Quest Protein Smores Bar. I melted it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it puffed up like a real smore! I ate with a fork and was an awesome after dinner dessert! I will be buying a case of these as well!

Be careful with those Powder Crunch bars, they container 9 grams of Carbs and 5 grams sugar. The One bars only have 2-3 carbs and 1 gram sugar. :-)
