Squash Parmesan


Ingredients -

6 small yellow Squash, sliced 1-inch thick
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup grated reduced fat Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Arrange squash slices on bottom of large ceramic baking dish.
3. Drizzle olive oil over squash. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
4. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
