Italian without the Pasta!


I love love love pasta! I cant eat it much now or it swells in the tummy and I will (yack) it up...sorry to say. So what do I do instead? I take a 2% mozzarella string cheese, sprinkle it with oregano, add a dollop of low fat ricotta cheese, zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds, take it out and cover with ragu sauce. Twirl it up with a fork and it hits the spot! Perfect! And its just like the real thing without the pasta and carbs!
