Layer all ingredients, beans at the bottom and ending with cheese and salsa. Use a glass pan or bowl.
-1 8oz can of cooked black beans
-1 chopped onion
-1 diced tomato
-reduced fat sour cream
-shredded reduced fat cheddar or mexican blended cheese
-1 jar of salsa
-sliced black olives or jalepenos
For Chips: Cut squash or zuchinni lengthwise in thin slices so that it can hold dip
OR use whole wheat tortillas and cut them into pie/triangle shapes, brush with olive oil, sprinkle on paprika and bake on 350 for 8-10 mins.
